At 8:30 am on March 28, 2017, Jiangsu Ningxing Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. held a company inauguration meeting in Yancheng, Jiangsu Province.

The meeting was chaired by Mr. Wang Wenzhao, General Manager of Ningbo Ningxing Special Steel Group Co., Ltd., Vice President of Ningxing Investment Group, Mr. Huang Yongzeng, Chairman of Ningxing Special Steel Group, Mr. Zhong Qiu, Chairman of Jiangsu Hengli Group Machine Tool Co., Ltd., and Ningxing Special Steel Group Deputy General Manager Chen Yaning attended the inaugural meeting, passed the company’s articles of association, elected Mr. Wang Wenzhao as the company’s chairman, Mr. Zhong Qiu as the company’s vice chairman, Gan Xiafang as the chairman of the board of supervisors, and Mr. Yu Baosheng as the company’s general manager. Shen Qiongfang was Chief Financial Officer, the company consists of sales, manufacturing, technology research and development, office, financial and other five departments.

The registered capital of the company is 10 million yuan. It is jointly invested by Ningbo Ningxing Special Steel Group Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Hengli Combination Machine Tool Co., Ltd. The address is located at No. 6 Hengli Avenue, Gaoxin District, Yancheng, Jiangsu Province. Mainly engaged in the R & D, manufacturing, sales and technical services of intelligent sawing machines and milling machines, self-operation and agent import of various commodities and technologies.
